The History of H2oVanagon
Here at H2oVanagon, a division of Stephan's Auto Haus, we are devoted to everything and anything Vanagon.  We have been servicing, performing maintenance and changing the way Vanagon's perform for over 9 years under the Stephan's Auto Haus brand.  The Stephan's Auto Haus Vanagon division has been so successful that there has become the need for an expanded and dedicated site, H2oVanagons.com, just for VW Vanagon's.  Our new site has much more information about our Vanagon services and products available.

Stephan's Vanagon History
Stephan's Vanagon background started with his first Vanagon that he purchased from a customer that had body damage. From there this Vanagon Westfalia saw a transformation into a completely resorted beauty. Stephan sold his '87 beautiful Westy and purchased a 1990 Westfalia Syncro in Berkley California
	where it was purchased new there from the original owners.  Photos of this Syncro Westy can be found in our photo gallery.  Several years ago Stephan decided it was time to replace his old worn out original engine and spent a lot of time, energy, and sweat to come up with an engine replacement product that had to meet 3 main goals.  It had to have reliable power, clean enough to meet California's strict emissions standards, and was all VW. All of that hard work paid off!  Now anyone can have a fuel efficient and powerful H2oVanagon engine replacement which makes owning and driving your Vanagon just that much more enjoyable!

For the past few years Stephan's Auto Haus has sponsored and participated in several Vanagon related events such as Burning Van, Syncro De Mayo, and Syncrofest. Stephan is also involved in several forms such as The Samba and VWVortex.  H2oVanagon will now be the sponsor at these events.
